Our team is comprised of experienced self employed house clearance and waste management specialists that operate throughout North East England. This means we are not VAT registered and therefore you do not pay VAT in addition to your quoted price. All of our operatives are carefully vetted, are fully insured and are UK upper tier licensed waste carriers.
Fully Licensed Waste Carriers
All of our operatives and partners are registered top tier waste carriers with the UK Environment Agency. We responsibly recycle all suitable items after your clearance, often donating to charities; including charities for the homeless, animal rescue and cat & dog shelters. We can of course arrange to donate items to a charity of your choice if preferred. All items and waste that can not be recycled is disposed of at local household waste and recycling centres.
